Okay, update I redid the clone onto the new ssd and unplugged the old HDD in an attempt to boot from the new ssd. But unfortunately, the bios force boot (F12) didn’t give an option for booting from the new drive.

Solution: use Macrium Reflect bootable disc, go to restore > fix Windows Boot problem, it auto fix the boot manager. Remind next time after clone, boot the cloned disk alone without original source disk, connect after 1st boot. Apparently when I booted from the new cloned SSD, data was encrypted by Bitlocker.
